Vinny is an active boy who just underwent surgery for a luxated patella. We are waiting in anticipation for his next surgery which will correct his other knee. Recovery has been a slow process for him and he has much more energy than he is allowed to expend, but he is doing very well considering his circumstances. He gets along well with most large breed dogs, and a handful of quiet small breed dogs as well, but he does exhibit quite the prey drive when it comes to small, quickly moving animals - including some small dogs and cats. Vinny has a great deal of energy and would do very well in an active home that will supply him with room to run or someone to wrestle with. He enjoys squeaky toys, tug o' war, and tag. He is a very smart pup and knows all his basic commands including come, sit, stay, leave it, and wait, among others.
