Hi! I’m Phoebe! I’m an active little girl but I also love to take time out to snuggle my person! I love to play with the dogs in my foster home.But I also do well playing by myself.  I am kennel trained.  We were told that dad was a border collie that roamed the neighborhood and mom appears to be a Daschund or corgi mix ( although I show no visible signs of being my mothers daughter!)
