Cooper is a fun loving, loyal puppy ready for his forever home. He's very energetic and would love a family that will let him show off his speed. Cooper loves to snuggle and makes cute noises when he gets petted. He has been doing great with the young kids he lives with at his foster home. He does tend to chase the cats in the foster home so might be better in a home without cats. He's a smart pup and learns fast!
