Silk is approximately 3 yrs old and a Terrier mix that came to SDRD with a litter of 7 puppies and Heartworm Disease. She lived outside and had her puppies in a garage. Her puppies have all found their forever homes now and Silk has undergone Heartworm treatment and will soon be ready for her forever family. She just wants to be with her person and lay on soft blankets on the couch. She does fine with other dogs and needs a fenced in back yard to run and play. She is very loyal and in return just wants someone to care for her and love her.
