Finnigan is a 2 yr old Shih Tzu. He loves to cuddle until he gets too hot then he goes and lays next to his foster. He likes to play with other dogs, but doesn't like young, energetic pups jumping on him and being in his face. He likes all people and kids and a family with 1 other calmer dog would be fine.
